1. Block ASHA Facilitator: 12 Nos. (02 posts in each Blocks, viz. – Chanchal-I, Chanchal-II, Harishchandrapur-I, Harishchandrapur-II, Ratua-I and Ratua-II Block)
Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Social Science or Sociology or Social Anthropology or Social Work (MSW) or Business Administration (MBA) or Economics or Rural Development Or Mass Communication.
OR
Graduate degree in any discipline with minimum 2 years’ experience, in health projects.
Preference will be given to candidates having working experience in ASHA programme.
Candidates should have knowledge of Computer (MS Office & Internet) and should be hard working.
Age Limit: Not more than 40 years as on 01/01/2015. Upper Age Relaxation: 5 years in case of Candidate belonging to SC or ST Category and 3 years for OBC Category
Consolidated Pay: Rs.7500/- plus Rs.1500/- as monthly mobility support per month.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test and Computer Skill Test after proper verification, screening of all applications.
The selection will be strictly based on merit (academic result) and experience in health projects, along with marks obtained by the candidate in the Written Test and Computer Skill Test.

প্রশাসনের শীর্ষকর্তাদের অন্ধকারে রেখে একতরফা ভাবে টেট পরীক্ষার নতুন দিন ঘোষণা করেছে শিক্ষা দফতর। কিন্তু রাজ্যের কয়েকটি পুরসভায় ভোটের পরের দিনই ২৩ লক্ষ পরীক্ষার্থীর ‘টেট’ নেওয়ার মতো সুষ্ঠু ব্যবস্থা করা সম্ভব কি না, তা খতিয়ে দেখতে কাল, সোমবার বৈঠক ডেকেছেন স্বরাষ্ট্রসচিব বাসুদেব বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়। জেলাশাসক ও পুলিশ সুপারদের সঙ্গে ভিডিও কনফারেন্স করে এই নিয়ে তাঁদের মতামত জানতে চাইবেন নবান্নের কর্তা। পরীক্ষাটি হওয়ার কথা ছিল আজ, রবিবার। বৃহস্পতিবার প্রশ্নপত্র খোয়া যাওয়ার অভিযোগকে কেন্দ্র করে পরীক্ষা স্থগিত ঘোষণা করেন শিক্ষামন্ত্রী পার্থ চট্টোপাধ্যায়। জানিয়ে দেন, স্থগিত পরীক্ষা হবে ৪ অক্টোবর। বিরোধীরা এতে প্রশ্ন তোলেন, ৩ অক্টোবর কয়েকটি পুরসভার ভোট রয়েছে। পরের দিনই টেটের মতো বড় মাপের পরীক্ষা নেওয়া সম্ভব হবে কি?
নবান্নের কর্তারা কার্যত সেই প্রশ্নই তুলেছেন শনিবার। প্রশাসনের এক শীর্ষকর্তা জানান, শুধু ৩ অক্টোবরের ভোট নয়, টেট পরীক্ষার দিনেই অন্তত ১০টি প্রতিযোগিতামূলক পরীক্ষা রয়েছে। সব মিলিয়ে পরপর দু’দিন পুলিশি ব্যবস্থা ও অন্যান্য বন্দোবস্ত করা কঠিন কাজ। তাঁর কথায়, ‘‘একটু এ দিক-ও দিক হলেই সব গোলমাল হয়ে যাবে।’’ পাশাপাশি, ‘‘টেটের এক জন পরীক্ষার্থীর অন্য পরীক্ষায় বসার থাকলে, তিনি সেই সুযোগ থেকে বঞ্চিত হবেন,’’ এটাও ভাবা দরকার বলে মনে করছেন ওই কর্তা।
নবান্নের কর্তাদের একটি অংশ মনে করেন, নতুন দিন ঘোষণা করার আগে শিক্ষা দফতরের সাত-পাঁচ ভাবা উচিত ছিল। এই সব ক্ষেত্রে সংশ্লিষ্ট দফতরগুলির সঙ্গে আলোচনা করে সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়ার রীতি রয়েছে। শিক্ষা দফতর তা-ও মানেনি।
বস্তুত, নবান্নের সঙ্গে কথা না বলে পরীক্ষার দিন ঘোষণা করে দেওয়ায় প্রশাসনের শীর্ষকর্তারা ক্ষুব্ধ ও বিস্মিত। তাঁদের প্রশ্ন, ৫ হাজারের বেশি কেন্দ্রে পরীক্ষা নিতে হলে বিরাট পুলিশি ব্যবস্থা করতে হবে। এটা জেনেও প্রশাসনের সঙ্গে কথা না বলে কী করে দিন ঘোষণা করতে পারে একটি দফতর?
নবান্নের খবর, এ দিন সরকারি ভাবে প্রশ্নপত্র হারানো ও নতুন পরীক্ষার দিন জানিয়ে স্কুলশিক্ষা সচিব অর্ণব রায় মুখ্যসচিবের কাছে একটি রিপোর্ট পাঠান। এর পরেই শীর্ষ মহলে নড়াচড়া শুরু হয়ে যায়। শিক্ষাসচিবের রিপোর্টের কথা মুখ্যমন্ত্রীকে জানান কর্তারা। সেই সঙ্গে পরপর দু’দিন ভোট ও এত বড় পরীক্ষার ব্যবস্থা করা নিয়ে তাঁদের সংশয়ের কথাও মুখ্যমন্ত্রীকে জানান তাঁরা। নবান্ন সূত্রের খবর, মুখ্যমন্ত্রীর সম্মতি নিয়েই সোমবার ভিডিও কনফারেন্স ডেকেছেন স্বরাষ্ট্রসচিব। তাঁর সঙ্গে থাকবেন শিক্ষাসচিবও। ভোটের পর দিন টেট নিতে সংশ্লিষ্ট সব জেলা প্রশাসন প্রস্তুত কি না— জেলাশাসক ও পুলিশ সুপারদের কাছে মূলত সেটাই জানতে চাওয়া হবে। শিক্ষা দফতরের খবর, ওই দিনই জেলা প্রাথমিক শিক্ষা সংসদের সভাপতিদেরও আলাদা বৈঠকে ডেকেছেন প্রাথমিক শিক্ষা পর্ষদের সভাপতি মানিক ভট্টাচার্য। তাঁদেরও মতামত নেওয়া হবে।
স্কুল শিক্ষা দফতর অবশ্য এখনও মনে করে, ভোটের পরের দিন পরীক্ষা নেওয়া সম্ভব। দফতরের এক কর্তার যুক্তি, ৪ অক্টোবর বেলা ২টো থেকে টেট শুরু হবে। তার আগের দিন ভোট হলেও মাঝে বেশ কয়েক ঘণ্টা সময় পাওয়া যাবে ব্যবস্থা করার জন্য। তা ছাড়া, ভোট হবে রাজ্যের অল্প কয়েকটি কেন্দ্রে। ফলে সমস্যা হওয়ার কথা নয়। তাঁর কথায়, ‘‘কোনও পরীক্ষাকেন্দ্রকে ব্যালট বাক্স রাখার ‘স্ট্রংরুম’ করা হলে সেটা পরিবর্তন করে দেওয়া হবে। খবরের কাগজে বিজ্ঞাপন দিয়ে জানিয়েও দেওয়া হবে। আর কেন্দ্রীয় সরকারি চাকরির পরীক্ষার জন্য যে সব স্কুল বা কেন্দ্র নেওয়া হয়েছে, সেগুলি বাদ দিয়ে টেট পরীক্ষার কেন্দ্র করলেই সমস্যা থাকবে না।
কিন্তু একই ব্যক্তি দু’টি পরীক্ষায় বসতে চাইলে তাঁর কী হবে?
স্কুল শিক্ষা দফতরের কর্তাদের ব্যাখ্যা, এ রকম হামেশাই হয়ে থাকে। এমন ক্ষেত্রে পরীক্ষার্থীকেই সিদ্ধান্ত নিতে হবে, তাঁরা কোন পরীক্ষায় বসতে চান। অনেক টেট পরীক্ষার্থীর ক্ষোভ, রাজ্য ঠিক সময়ে পরীক্ষা নিতে পারলে কাউকেই এই সমস্যায় পড়তে হতো না।
৪ অক্টোবর যে পরীক্ষাগুলি হওয়ার কথা তার মধ্যে রয়েছে: কেন্দ্রীয় বিদ্যালয় সংস্থান, বিএসএফ, এনআইএ, আইবিপিএস, এসএসবি, সিআইএসএফ, এসএসসি (কনস্টেবল), ডব্লুউবিএসএসসি সিজিএল (মেন)। রয়েছে বর্ধমান বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের কিছু পরীক্ষা। ওই দিন পিএসসি-এর মাধ্যমে সহকারী শিক্ষক নিয়োগের পরীক্ষাও রয়েছে।

সরকারের চূড়ান্ত অব্যবস্থায় প্রশ্নপত্র খোয়া যাওয়ায় পিছিয়ে গেলো প্রাথমিকের টেট। আগামী রবিবার, ৩০শে আগস্ট হওয়ার কথা ছিল প্রাথমিক শিক্ষক নিয়োগের টেট। ২৩ লক্ষের বেশি চাকরিপ্রার্থী এই পরীক্ষায় বসতে চলেছিলেন। কিন্তু বৃহস্পতিবার টেট-এর প্রশ্নপত্র হারিয়ে যাওয়ায় পরীক্ষা পিছতে বাধ্য হলো সরকার। ৩০শে আগস্টের পরিবর্তে টেট হবে ৪ঠা অক্টোবর। প্রশ্নপত্র খোয়া যাওয়ার দায় ডাক বিভাগের উপর চাপিয়ে রাজ্য সরকার সংশ্লিষ্ট বিভাগের বিরুদ্ধে মামলা করতে চলেছে। তবে প্রশ্নপত্র খোয়া যাওয়ার নেপথ্যে গভীর ষড়যন্ত্রের কথা উড়িয়ে দিচ্ছেন না চাকরিপ্রার্থীরা। এদিকে ৪ঠা অক্টোবর আদৌও পরীক্ষা নেওয়া সম্ভব কি না, তা নিয়েও সংশয় তৈরি হয়েছে। ডি ওয়াই এফ আই-এর পক্ষ থেকে ৪ঠা অক্টোবর পরীক্ষার দিন পরিবর্তন করার এবং প্রাথমিক শিক্ষা পর্ষদের চেয়ারম্যানের পদত্যাগ দাবি করা হয়েছে।
যে বেসরকারি গাড়িতে প্রশ্নপত্র যাচ্ছিল, সেই গাড়িতে ডাকঘরের দু’জন কর্মচারী ছাড়াও ছিলেন দু’জন পুলিশকর্মী। প্রশ্নপত্র পাঠানোর দায়িত্ব যেহেতু ডাক বিভাগের ছিল, তাই খোয়া যাওয়ার দায় সংশ্লিষ্ট বিভাগের উপর চাপিয়ে রাজ্য সরকারের গাফিলতি এড়িয়েছেন শিক্ষামন্ত্রী। শুক্রবার শিক্ষামন্ত্রী পার্থ চট্টোপাধ্যায় বলেছেন, ‘‘ডাকবিভাগ প্রশ্নপত্র পাঠিয়েছে এবং ডাক বিভাগের দু’জন কর্মচারীও সেই গাড়িতে ছিলেন। তাই মামলা করা হবে ডাক বিভাগের বিরুদ্ধে।’’ শিক্ষামন্ত্রীর এই বক্তব্যের প্রেক্ষিতে ডাক বিভাগের পক্ষ থেকে এদিন জানানো হয়েছে, ‘‘আমাদের দপ্তরের কেউ যদি জড়িত থাকেন, তাহলে তাঁদের বিরুদ্ধে ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হবে।’’ উল্লেখ্য, এই দু’জন কর্মীকে ইতিমধ্যেই চাকরি থেকে সাময়িক বরখাস্ত করা হয়েছে বলে জানা গেছে। ওই দপ্তরের কর্মীরাই জানিয়েছেন, দু’জনেই তৃণমূল ইউনিয়নের নেতা। মামলা দায়ের করার বিষয়ে ডাক বিভাগের বক্তব্য, তারা আইনি চিঠি পায়নি। চিঠি পেলে প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হবে।
এদিকে ৩০শে আগস্টের পরিবর্তে ৪ঠা অক্টোবর প্রাথমিক টেট হওয়া নিয়ে ঘোর অনিশ্চয়তা দেখা দিয়েছে। ৪ঠা অক্টোবর কেন্দ্রীয় বিদ্যালয়গুলির শিক্ষক নিয়োগের পরীক্ষা রয়েছে। ৩রা অক্টোবর রাজ্যের ৩টি কর্পোরেশনের নির্বাচন হবে। ৫ই অক্টোবর হবে নির্বাচনের ফল প্রকাশ। এই অবস্থায় কীভাবে ২৩ লক্ষ চাকরিপ্রার্থীর জন্য পরীক্ষার নিরাপত্তা ব্যবস্থা বা যানবাহন চলাচল কেমন থাকবে, সে প্রশ্ন ইতিমধ্যে উঠতে শুরু করেছে। তাছাড়া প্রাথমিক টেট-এর কত প্রশ্নপত্র বেরিয়ে গেছে বা হারিয়ে গেছে তার হিসাব নিয়েও যথেষ্ট সন্দেহ দেখা দিয়েছে। এদিন শিক্ষামন্ত্রী বলেছেন, ‘‘এক বস্তা প্রশ্নপত্র পাওয়া যাচ্ছে না।’’ অথচ বৃহস্পতিবার প্রশ্নপত্র খোয়া যাওয়া নিয়ে ডাক বিভাগ যে চিঠি দিয়েছে, তাতে পরিষ্কার উল্লেখ রয়েছে, এক প্যাকেট প্রশ্নপত্র খোয়া গেছে। তাহলে মন্ত্রী কোথা থেকে এক বস্তা প্রশ্নপত্রের হিসাব পেলেন? তাহলে কী আরো বেশি প্রশ্নপত্র খোয়া গেছে? কোনো এক নির্দিষ্ট উদ্দেশ্যেই কি এই বিভ্রান্তিকর তথ্য সরকারের পক্ষ থেকে ছড়িয়ে দেওয়া হলো?
এমনিতেই গতবার প্রাথমিকে শিক্ষক নিয়োগ নিয়ে দুর্নীতি ও স্বজনপোষণের অভিযোগে বিদ্ধ হয়েছে শাসকদল। এবারের নিয়োগ নিয়েও একইভাবে শাসকদলের বিরুদ্ধে অভিযোগ আসতে শুরু করেছে। তাছাড়া বিভিন্ন পরীক্ষা সুষ্ঠুভাবে পরিচালনার ক্ষেত্রে সরকারের অপদার্থতা বারবার সামনে এসেছে। গত ২৮শে জুন আই টি আই-র প্রবেশিকা পরীক্ষার প্রশ্নপত্র ফাঁস হয়ে যায়। সেই প্রশ্নপত্র বাজারে দেদার বিক্রিও হয়। এই পরীক্ষা এক সপ্তাহ পিছতে হয়েছিল। ২০১২ সালের এস এস সি পরীক্ষার দিনে সময়মতো বহু কেন্দ্রে প্রশ্নপত্র পৌঁছায়নি সরকারের চূড়ান্ত গাফিলতিতে। প্রাথমিকে শিক্ষক নিয়োগের টেট ৩০শে আগস্টের পরিবর্তে ৪ঠা অক্টোবরে পিছিয়ে দেওয়ার ব্যাপারে সরকারের সেই অব্যবস্থার চিত্রই সামনে এসেছে। ২৩ লক্ষ চাকরিপ্রার্থী টেট-এ বসার জন্য প্রস্তুত হচ্ছেন। সময়মতো তাঁদের জন্য পরীক্ষা কেন্দ্রগুলিতে প্রশ্নপত্র পাঠানোর দায় পরীক্ষার পরিচালন সংস্থা সরকারের প্রাথমিক শিক্ষা পর্ষদের। কিন্তু পরীক্ষার দু’দিন আগে প্রশ্নপত্র হারিয়ে যাওয়া এবং পরীক্ষা বাতিল হওয়ার পিছনে পর্ষদের পরিচালন ব্যবস্থায় গুরুতর গাফিলতিই বেআব্রু হলো।
২৩ লক্ষ চাকরিপ্রার্থীর পরীক্ষা সামলানোর পর্যাপ্ত পরিকাঠামো না থাকায় মধ্যশিক্ষা পর্ষদকে ব্যবহার করে প্রাথমিক শিক্ষা পর্ষদ। যেসব কেন্দ্রে পরীক্ষা হবে, সেইসব কেন্দ্রের অধীন থানাগুলিতে প্রশ্নপত্র পাঠানো দায়িত্ব দেওয়া হয় ডাক বিভাগকে। গতবারও ডাক বিভাগকে এই দায়িত্ব দিয়েছিল প্রাথমিক শিক্ষা পর্ষদ। বৃহস্পতিবার প্রাথমিকের টেট-এর প্রশ্নপত্র পাঠানো শুরু হয়েছিল। হুগলীতে পাঠানোর সময়ে প্রশ্নপত্র হারিয়ে যাওয়ার ঘটনা প্রকাশ্যে আসে। বৃহস্পতিবার মধ্যশিক্ষা পর্ষদের অফিস নিবেদিতা ভবন থেকে শ্রীরামপুর ডাকঘরের অন্তর্গত থানাগুলিতে নিয়ে যাওয়ার সময় দক্ষিণেশ্বর ব্রিজের উপর টোল প্লাজার কাছে একটি প্রশ্নপত্রের প্যাকেট খোয়া যায়। ডব্লিউ বি ১৫এ ৬২১৯ নম্বরের একটি বেসরকারি বাসে প্রশ্নপত্র নিয়ে যাওয়া হচ্ছিল সেখানে। সেই বাসে ছিলেন শ্রীরামপুর ডাকঘরের কর্মী অরূপ দাস ও অরূপ মুখার্জি। দু’জনেই তৃণমূল ইউনিয়নের নেতা। তাঁদের দাবি, বাসের পেছনের ভাঙা কাচের জানলা দিয়ে প্রশ্নপত্র টোল প্লাজার সামনে দক্ষিণেশ্বর ব্রিজের উপর পড়ে যায়। তারপর ব্রিজে নেমে প্রশ্নপত্রের প্যাকেট খোঁজা হয়। কিন্তু সেই খোয়া যাওয়া প্যাকেট উদ্ধার করা যায়নি। এই কথাই তাঁরা জানান ডাকঘরের পোস্টমাস্টারকে। এরপর ডাকঘরের সাউথ হুগলী ডিভিসন বিষয়টি লিখিতভাবে জানায় দক্ষিণবঙ্গের পোস্টমাস্টার জেনারেল এবং বেলঘরিয়া থানাকে। জানানো হয় শিক্ষাদপ্তর ও মুখ্যমন্ত্রীর সচিবালয়কেও।

Order
The Higher Education Department, vide no. 326-Edn(T) dated 14th June, 2013, had notified the West Bengal Free-ship Scheme (WBFS) extending the benefit of full and half tuition fee waivers to meritorious students from economically weak backgrounds admitted into undergraduate level engineering and technology courses in the Government Engineering Colleges, Engineering Departments of State-aided Universities and in those Private / Self-financing Engineering and Technology Institutes in the State.
For the academic year 2015-16, the State Government has decided, to extend the provisions of the West Bengal Free-ship Scheme (WBFS) as notified vide no: 326-Edn/(T)/10M-70/2012 dated: 14th June, 2013. In so far as the Private / Self- financing Engineering and Technology Institutes are concerned the conditions are given below:
I. Private / Self-financing Engineering and Technology Institutes shall continue to provide Full Tuition Fee Waiver (full free-ship) to 10% of the admitted student in proportion to the number of admissions made under the management quota category.
II. The Private / Self-financing Engineering and Technology Institutes implementing the fees as revised by the State Government following the recommendation of the Fee Structure Committee for 2013 – 2014 and /or 2014-15 and/or 2015-16, will provide half free-ship to 10% of the students admitted in each of Engineering / Pharmacy / Architecture courses in the academic session 2015-16 and during the entire course period, subject to their satisfactory academic performance in the Institution which would necessarily mean promotion to the next year without being disqualified in any subject.
The effective benefit under the various Tuition Fee Waiver Schemes in the State remains at twenty five percent of the total student strength comprising 5% under Tuition Fee Waiver TFW), 10% Half free-ship under WBFS linked to the revised fee-structure and 10% Full free-ship linked to Management Quota (MQ) under West Bengal Free-ship Scheme.
Other provisions, including eligibility criteria, ‘income-certifying authority’ etc. of this Scheme shall continue to be guided by the Department’s Order no. 272-Edn (T) dated 1st July, 2011.
The Director of Technical Education, West Bengal is entrusted with the implementation and monitoring of the Scheme and he shall provide reports to the State Government at periodic intervals. Furthermore, the ‘income-certificate’ of the eligible and/or admitted students after physical verification by the WBJEE Board shall be accepted by the respective Institutes. In case of any discrepancy found by the Institute in the same, it should be informed to the Board with intimation to the Director of Technical Education, West Bengal.

পিছিয়ে গেল টেট পরীক্ষার দিন। শুক্রবার শিক্ষামন্ত্রী পার্থ চট্টোপাধ্যায় ঘোষণা করেছেন, আগামী ৩০ অগস্টের বদলে ওই পরীক্ষা ৪ অক্টোবর ধার্য করা হয়েছে।
পরীক্ষা শুরুর ৪৮ ঘণ্টা আগে বৃহস্পতিবার টেট-এর প্রশ্নপত্র ফাঁস হওয়ার আশঙ্কা দেখা দেয়। শুক্রবার শিক্ষা দপ্তরের কর্মীদের সঙ্গে জরুরি বৈঠকে বসেন পার্থবাবু। আলোচনা শেষ হওয়ার পর সরকারি ভাবে টেট পিছানোর ঘোষণা করেন শিক্ষামন্ত্রী।
বৃহস্পতিবার রাজ্য মধ্যশিক্ষা পর্ষদের তরফে টেট-এর প্রশ্নপত্র খোয়া গিয়েছে বলে অভিযোগ জানানো হয়। হুগলির পরীক্ষাকেন্দ্রগুলিতে প্রশ্নপত্র পাঠানোর উদ্দেশে এদিন সন্ধ্যায় সল্ট লেকের নিবেদিতা ভবন থেকে একটি বাস রওনা দেয়। চলার পথে নিরাপত্তার দায়িত্বে থাকা পুলিশবাহিনীর নজরে পড়ে, বাসের একটি জানলার কাচ ভাঙা। মধ্যশিক্ষা পর্ষদের দপ্তরে যোগাযোগ করা হলে বাস ফিরিয়ে আনার নির্দেশ দেওয়া হয়।
সল্ট লেকে ফিরে এলে পুলিশ ও শিক্ষা কর্মীরা পরীক্ষা করে দেখতে পান, প্রশ্নপত্রের একটি প্যাকেট অনুপস্থিত। প্যাকেটটি হারিয়ে গিয়েছে নাকি তা বাসে আদৌ তোলা হয়নি, এই নিয়ে সংশয় দেখা দেয়। রাতেই শিক্ষামন্ত্রী জানিয়ে দেন, বিষয়টি নিয়ে শুক্রবার সকালে বিকাশ ভবনে বৈঠক করবেন। সরকারি ভাবে স্বীকার করা না হলেও মনে করা হচ্ছে প্রশ্নপত্রের প্যাকেট খোয়া যাওয়ার জেরেই নির্ধারিত দিনের বদলে অক্টোবরে টেট-এর দিন পিছিয়ে দেওয়ার সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়া হয়েছে।
অন্য দিকে, নিখোঁজ প্রশ্নপত্রের প্যাকেটের পিছনে কোনও ষড়যন্ত্র রয়েছে কি না, তাই নিয়ে তদন্ত শুরু হয়েছে। প্রাথমিক ভাবে অবশ্য ঘটনার যাবতীয় দায় ডাক বিভাগের ঘাড়ে চাপিয়েছেন শিক্ষামন্ত্রী পার্থ চট্টোপাধ্যায়। তাঁর অভিযোগ, ডাক বিভাগের চরম উদাসীনতার ফলেই পরীক্ষার দোরগোড়ায় পৌঁছেও নির্ধারিত দিনে টেট শুরু করা গেল না। উল্লেখ্য, অনলাইনে আবেদন প্রাপ্তির দিনও পিছিয়ে ৩১ অগস্ট করা হয়েছে বলে জানিয়েছে শিক্ষা দপ্তর।
বস্তা ভর্তি প্রশ্নপত্র খোয়া যাওয়ার জেরে প্রাথমিকের টেট পরীক্ষা পিছিয়ে দেওয়ার সিদ্ধান্ত নিল পর্ষদ। ৩০ অগস্টের বদলে সেই পরীক্ষা নেওয়া হবে ৪ অক্টোবর। শুক্রবার মধ্যশিক্ষা পর্ষদের প্রশাসক এবং প্রাথমিক শিক্ষা পর্ষদের সভাপতির সঙ্গে বৈঠকের পরে শিক্ষামন্ত্রী পার্থ চট্টোপাধ্যায় টেট পরীক্ষার নতুন দিন ক্ষণ ঘোষণা করেন।
এ দিন শিক্ষামন্ত্রী জানান, প্রাথমিকে নিয়োগে স্বচ্ছতা বজায় রাখতেই এই সিদ্ধান্ত। পরীক্ষার্থীরা অ্যাডমিট কার্ডে উল্লেখিত কেন্দ্রে, নির্দিষ্ট সময়ে পরীক্ষা দিতে পারবেন। পাশাপাশি তিনি জানান, ডাক বিভাগের বিরুদ্ধে আইনি ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হবে। হারিয়ে যাওয়া প্রশ্নপত্রের বস্তাটির এখনও কোনও হদিশ মেলেনি।
কোথায় গেল প্রশ্নপত্র?
পর্ষদ সূত্রের খবর, ডাক বিভাগের মাধ্যমে টেটের প্রশ্নপত্র বিভিন্ন পরীক্ষা কেন্দ্রে পাঠানো হয়। এই প্রক্রিয়ার মধ্যেই বৃহস্পতিবার দুপুরে রাজ্যের চিফ পোস্টমাস্টার জেনারেল (সিপিএমজি)-এর দফতরে একটি বার্তা আসে। তাতে লেখা, ‘‘একটি বাসে কয়েকটি প্যাকেট নিয়ে যাওয়া হচ্ছিল হুগলির শ্রীরামপুরে। পথে একটি প্যাকেট খোয়া গিয়েছে। বিষয়টি পুলিশকেও জানানো হয়েছে।’’ ডাক বিভাগ সঙ্গে সঙ্গেই বিষয়টি পর্ষদকে জানিয়ে দেয়। তার পরেই তৎপরতা শুরু হয়ে যায় রাজ্য শিক্ষা দফতরে। শুক্রবারই জরুরি বৈঠক ডাকেন শিক্ষামন্ত্রী। ওই বৈঠকের পর পার্থবাবু বলেন, ‘‘ডাক বিভাগের বিরুদ্ধে পুলিশের কাছে অভিযোগ করার জন্য আমি নির্দেশ দিয়েছি। তাদের দায়িত্ব জ্ঞানহীন কাজের জন্য প্রায় ২৩ লক্ষ পরীক্ষার্থীর ভোগান্তি হল।’’ ডাক বিভাগ সূত্রে বলা হয়, তারা ইতিমধ্যেই গোটা ঘটনার বিভাগীয় তদন্তের নির্দেশ দিয়েছে। তবে মধ্যশিক্ষা পর্ষদের যে বাসটিতে মোট ১৫৪ বস্তা প্রশ্নপত্র নিয়ে যাওয়া হচ্ছিল তার অবস্থা নিয়ে প্রশ্ন তুলেছে ডাক বিভাগ। তাদের এক কর্তা বলেন, ‘‘যে বাহনে চাপিয়ে প্রশ্নপত্র পাঠানো হচ্ছে, তার দায়িত্ব কিন্তু পুরোপুরি রাজ্য শিক্ষা দফতরের।’’
